Dan was highly recommended by our father's business colleague to sell our parent's second home in Saddlebrooke. Dad lives 2700 miles from Saddlebrooke and his health did not allow him to participate in the real estate transaction. The children totally depended on Dan to manage the entire process from getting estimates to repair and spiff up the house before listing, keeping us posted of the showings, advising what to do with offers, sending all documents needing signatures via email, and scheduling a last minute HVAC repair on the day of closing. Dan took care of everything and lots more we probably didn't even know about. Dan communicated every activity clearly and in a timely manner.
